Kashmir conflict: A case study of BJP’s Ideology

Research Question:

                Why mother of democracy failed in Kashmir?

Research’s Question:

• What is the situation of human rights violation in Indian Occupied Kashmir during BJP government?
  • How BJP government is attempting to bring the demographical changes?
  • How the pendulum of BJP government strategies is swung for their interest in Kashmir and how they used it in their election manifesto?

Hypothesis:

                India is violating human rights in IOK since 1948 and on the other hand is calling herself mother of democracy.

Research Objectives:

• To find out whether India is actually a democratic state
• To answer why do Kashmiris not want to stay with India
• To explore what India actually wants from Kashmir
• To see how Indian govt. is trying to stop people from demanding freedom
• To find out how BJP is trying to suppress Kashmiris’ voice

Research Methodology:

                This study is based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis in our research project as we have to use both no. of causalities and injured people as well as policies of BJP towards Kashmir.
